Pick a mode below for voicemail / machine pickups. SMS drafts for follow-up texts live under SMS follow-up; email drafts under Email follow-up — both below.

Choosing AI Generated controls only voicemail audio. SMS during calls stays enabled for the agent by default—SMS follow-up below holds your draft text.

Voicemail / recording only changes the audio left when a machine picks up—it does not send SMS and it does not turn off SMS sending for the agent. Skills is for voice-agent type and custom skill lines—not this audio vs SMS split. AI Generated voicemail and follow-up SMS are independent—one never controls the other, even across multiple campaigns. AI Generated vs Upload Recording above swaps voicemail audio only — expand SMS follow-up below for SMS drafts.

SMS follow-up Market brief & SMS body

Used when Sending Text Message is on for this campaign; Sending Email gates sends for the email drafts in Email follow-up below. Saves with Save AI agent. GPT-5.5 uses Skills-tab context, AI-learned facts, Agent health excerpt, and the market brief here for both channels when you tap Generate (expand Email follow-up to view or edit outbound email drafts).
