Choose a campaign from the left side or create a new one to open the AI Agent, star-lead follow-up, contacts, scheduling, filter keywords, reports, and daily call limits. Open Inbox from the top bar.
Archived campaigns cannot be edited until you Unarchive them from the left sidebar. Inbox (top bar) is for threaded SMS conversations—not for configuring this AI agent card. Archived campaign AI settings stay on this campaign—they do not reopen from Inbox thread search alone.
Editing the wrong duplicate? Look up the CMP-XXXX id at the top of this panel and confirm it matches the sidebar row you intended. Duplicated campaigns each get their own id and appear as separate sidebar cards.
Generated drafts are not persisted until you tap Save in the orange toolbar.
What type of voice agent?
Detecting Voicemail and Leaving voicemails
Detecting IVR and Google voice
Additional outreach covers voicemail/audio on machine pickups plus SMS/email drafts for follow-ups. Your contacts live under the Contacts icon in the toolbar above—this tab is not your address book. Need a new outbound phone number? Use the Caller ID change button in the campaign header at the top of this page — not the Outreach card, not Agent health scans, and not Call limits (Call limits adjust pacing only).
Pick a mode below for voicemail / machine pickups. SMS drafts for follow-up texts live under SMS follow-up; email drafts under Email follow-up — both below.
Choosing AI Generated controls only voicemail audio. SMS during calls stays enabled for the agent by default—SMS follow-up below holds your draft text.
Voicemail / recording only changes the audio left when a machine picks up—it does not send SMS and it does not turn off SMS sending for the agent. Skills is for voice-agent type and custom skill lines—not this audio vs SMS split. AI Generated voicemail and follow-up SMS are independent—one never controls the other, even across multiple campaigns. AI Generated vs Upload Recording above swaps voicemail audio only — expand SMS follow-up below for SMS drafts.
Upload an MP3, WAV, M4A, or OGG up to 8MB. The AI will not speak its own message in this mode — your recording is played instead.
Upload Recording replaces voicemail audio only—it does not send SMS; SMS drafts stay under SMS follow-up below.
Used when Sending Text Message is on for this campaign; Sending Email gates sends for the email drafts in Email follow-up below. Saves with Save AI agent. GPT-5.5 uses Skills-tab context, AI-learned facts, Agent health excerpt, and the market brief here for both channels when you tap Generate (expand Email follow-up to view or edit outbound email drafts).
Paste 2–4 sentences covering market, geography, competitors, and differentiation. Website URL alone is not parsed—EzPz does not infer context automatically from other campaign fields; type or paste it here.
SMS is plain text by design — there is no rich editor here, in Agent health, or anywhere else in EzPz. HTML, fonts, and bullet styles are stripped on send.
Pasted HTML or Word formatting will be stripped to plain text on send.
Searching for “opt-out” or “STOP”? There is no separate carrier opt-out control elsewhere on this campaign card — compliant opt-out wording belongs here in your SMS draft.
Generate only fills drafts in the browser—it does not persist anything. Tap Save AI agent in the orange campaign toolbar to save. Do not refresh the page before saving or your drafts will be lost.
Looking for SMTP, domain, or credentials? Configure those under Settings → Email — not on this card. Here you only preview subject and body copy.
Credentials, domains, or relay hosts live in workspace/admin email settings—not in this outreach card UI.
Step 1: enter the Agent Name on the Voice agent tab. Step 2: tap Save in the orange toolbar. Step 3: return here to place the test call. Templates and SMS/email copy are on Additional Outreach, not below.
Previews live audio only — bulk lists live under Contacts in the top toolbar.
Calls a US number so you can hear the agent.
